In a feat we would barely be able to pull off today, Apollo 11 landed men on the moon 45 years ago this weekend. It was and is the greatest technological achievement in the history of humanity, and something I don’t think we truly appreciate to this day. The challenge spawned countless new inventions and technologies, and showed a spirit of adventure that we should try to emulate again today.  But in the meantime, we have a fantastic visual and audio record of the Apollo 11 experience. Enjoy.

Thanks, Moss & Fog. That was a poignant reminder of an event I remember well. So much hope.
