If there’s a master of 8-bit art, Adam Lister would be the candidate. Taking famous works of art and recreating them in simplistic Nintendo-esque graphic form, his paintings are done in watercolor and have a strangely warm and human quality, despite them being chunky and blocky and sometimes hard to decipher.
