Movie directors have a point of view and distinct style, and some of our most famous directors have styles that have become iconic. HomeAdvisor has a fun series where they ponder what a bedroom might look like, if a famous director designed it. The series includes Peter Jackson, Guillermo Del Toro, Sofia Coppola, Dario Argento, Hayao Miyazaki, Tim Burton, and Wes Anderson. The styles are wildly different, and borrow from the director’s most famous movies and scenes to create memorable, filled-with-character bedrooms.
Jackson’s bedroom looks straight out of Lord of the Rings, while Hayao Miyazaki’s looks straight out of a creative dream. Some really fun and clever stuff, Via Esquire:
