We’re loving the expressive illustration style of Anton Van Hertbruggen, a Belgium based artist and illustrator whose style feels expansive and alive.

His paintings are called spacious, delicate, and poignant, with a style referencing some of the best illustrators of the 1940s and 50s.

This series is called Memoirs of a Suburban Utopia.
