Imagining sports in unexpected places, Norah Alsuairy shows us basketball courts and skateboarding parks set in dramatic canyons made from sandstone.
Utilizing AI to create the imagery, we see dramatic canyon walls rise up from stone courts, making for fantastical, curiously intriguing scenes.
Using the famous sandstone canyons in al-Ula, Saudi Arabia as inspiration, the AI creations are combined with actual photography.
We can only imagine actually playing hoops in such a place would be epic. See more of Alsuairy’s work on Instagram.
