Artist Hyunjune Lee reimagines the animal kingdom with Block Safari, a series of digital illustrations that turn wild creatures into sleek, pixel-like forms.

Think Minecraft meets modernist art, where elephants, giraffes, and zebras emerge from crisp, geometric blocks.

The result? A mesmerizing fusion of nature and structure, proving that even in a world of sharp angles, wildlife still feels alive.

Redwood NPCampgrounderGold Bluffs BeachCamping directly on a wild Pacific beach at the base of 200-foot bluffs draped in fern and redwood: this is one of the most otherworldly camping experiences in America. Roosevelt elk herds move through camp at will, browsing right between the tents. The surf is powerful and cold, the beach wide and often foggy. Fern Canyon, a narrow gorge where five-finger ferns cover both walls top to bottom, is a ten-minute walk. It was a filming location for The Lost World. The road is rough enough to deter most.
