We’ve always loved stop-motion, and the way inanimate objects can be brought alive with a bit of movement, and a lot of patience.

Artist Andrea Love has created an entire elaborate fireworks display, out of nothing more than colored felt. We see the fireworks shoot into the black sky, and explode in a range of radiant forms and hues.

Accompanied by sound effects, the fireworks give a convincing explosion, and show us the power of creative imagination. See more of Love’s delightful felted work on her website.
