We can file this neatly under “Wow, it must be nice.” A gorgeous, and surprisingly tasteful luxury home recently completed in Miami has us oohing and aahing over the scale, setting, and layout of it’s design. The expansive home is brimming with thoughtful and tasteful furniture, great outdoor spaces, including a premium swimming pool and a 100 foot long manmade lagoon, bringing the Florida environment right to home’s doorstep. A curving, elevated walkway snakes over the lagoon, providing a stunning view of the surroundings.

Our favorite feature might be the giant sunken living room, which looks onto the water, in a semi-outdoor patio space clad in teak slats.

Designed by Brazilian architect Marcio Kogan of Studio MK27 , this one-of-a-kind home is over-the-top, yet somehow doesn’t turn us off the way some luxury homes do. What might such a home set you back? Listed at $29,750,000, you’d better start saving now… Via Dezeen:
