Vietnamese Builder Creates UFO-Shaped Boat That Came to Him in a Dream

You don’t see this too often, a personal boat shaped like a classic saucer-style UFO. That’s the vision that came to Vietnamese builder Tran Long Ho, and so he felt compelled to make it. As an experienced maker and builder, the unusual boat form was a challenge, but he made it look easy.

The result is fascinating, a small and nimble craft that positively zips down rivers, complete with honeycomb-shaped windows, LED lighting, and electronic controls. With a jet boat motor, it has surprising speed and maneuverability.
