Adidas swooping typeface

It wouldn’t be fair to call out Nike without mentioning it’s biggest Rival, Adidas, who is also doing great design work these days, for both their footwear and marketing. In a campaign for the recent Adidas Nemeziz soccer shoe, Andrew Footit has created a swooping, lined typeface that comes alive as it spells. Using an “agility bandage” in it’s design, the shoe works perfectly with this artfully twisting type, spelling out phrases like “unleash agility” and “beast”. We are impressed with Footit’s Illustrator skills. Nice work, via Behance:
