Creativity can spring from anywhere, even a bike rack that looks like a giant, well, spring.  Artist Phil Jones would walk by this bike rack in Minneapolis and remark on how it looks like the corkscrew spring of a vending machine.  His contribution came in the form of a giant bag of Old Dutch potato chips, hand painted in great detail. The result is a bike rack that really does now resemble an enormous vending machine, about to spit forth a tremendously large bag of chips.  The fact that Old Dutch chips are from Minnesota should come as no surprise.  Clever, clever.
