Perched on the edge of a cliff, this 737 airliner has been turned into an upscale villa, complete with views that make you feel like you’ve taken flight.

450 feet up on a cliffside outside of Bali, the decommissioned plane was thoroughly renovated to become a luxurious retreat that houses a bar, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. It has just the aesthetic you’d want in a one-of-a-kind plane hotel.

Designed by Geometrium Studio, the Private Jet Villa is an elegant and unique place, a memorable stay for any adventurer.

“The Private Jet Villa tells a unique story in terms of design and implementation. The story of one big dream coming true. A premium villa in a real Boeing airplane is a location where you definitely need to stay for at least one night.

The villa is located on the Bukit Peninsula, on the edge of a cliff, at an altitude of 150 meters above sea level. There is a Jacuzzi area in the bow of the aircraft, and on the wing there is a terrace with stunning views of the Indian Ocean.”

  1. Awesome use for a decommissioned plane.

  2. This made me smile this morning. The way Boeing is functioning lately this is a perfect spot for them: grounded. Nice spot for sure and gorgeous space. I guess you need a helicopter to get there. This one is full of puns!
