Talk about some sketchy furniture. Artist and designer Jinil Park turns actually rough sketches into furniture that feels like an illusion.

The literal recreations of sketched lines in her steel tables, chairs and lamps are both comical and impressive.

Photographed on a flat white background, the furniture does feel completely two dimensional until we start to notice the small bit of shadow and shading that exist.

We’d be curious how comfortable and sturdy the steel chairs might be, but regardless, it’s an impressive effort to pull off such a fun illusory trick.
