Tilt-shift is a well-known technique used to make large scenes look small and intimate, and can render a photo of a city to look almost like a model train set. But now the technique is used on images of galaxies and nebulas, taking them into a whole new visual realm. It’s as though the galaxies are made of tangible dust and light that could rest in your hand. Beautiful. Click to images to see them large.  Via Imgur.
