Kintsugi is the ancient Japanese art of repairing pottery with gold or silver lacquer. It makes the broken look beautiful and unique again. A team at Oreo cleverly references this art form with their Oreo cream, which can be used to expertly repair (and then eat) broken cookies.

It’s amazing the amount of time people spend on making money.
If Oreos doesn’t make this a new product line, they’ll be blowing a great marketing opportunity.
Like all our snacks in this nation, the Oreo has suffered shrinkflation. If one wants to eat an original Oreo, choose the doublestuff which is about what the original oriole used to be. The first time I discovered this, I threw the package out and I have not purchased any since.
