Photographer Ricardo Stuckert traveled with José Carlos Meirelles, an expert in uncontacted tribespeople, to a very remote corner of northwest Brazil where they captured some incredible rare images. They show a primitive people who have no familiarity with modern life, pointing their spears and bows and arrows at the buzzing helicopter above them. In an age where life seems small and interconnected, it’s a beautiful thing to know there are a few pockets of our globe left, where isolated groups live without any contact with the rest of the world.
