The human body makes a brilliant canvas for these impressive graphical designs, created by Janine Rewell, and photographed by Jonas Lundqvist.

We see the model laying atop a geometric canvas, her own body painted to fit with those bold geometric forms and colors.

Created for high-end Finnish shoe brand Minna Parikka, it’s the only part of the model’s outfit that isn’t paint.

It’s a memorable and striking series, one that captures our eye, and stays with us. The hand-painted designs on the human body blend so well with the graphical background patterns, creating a brilliant overall aesthetic.

This behind-the-scenes video by Rasmus Wilen shows us the time, effort, and collaboration that went into putting this campaign together.
