This beautiful bird is the Eurasian Eagle-Owl, a large species of owl with a 6-foot wingspan, and a habitat that reaches across much of Eurasia.  Photographed by David Drbal of the Czech Republic, we see close-up detail of this elegant creature, from distinctive ear tufts and mottled feathers.
