We live and breathe visual design, and it’s one of the main reasons we started Moss and Fog.

Along the same time that we started the website, way back in 2009, we also started tinkering with Pinterest. At the time, Pinterest was one of the only resources to visually archive and catalog your ideas.

Fast forward to today, and we’ve created a vast library of visual inspiration, in the form of Pinterest pins. With over 4 million monthly views, the Moss and Fog Pinterest page feels beautifully representative of our vast and complex world.

Below are just a few of the dozens of boards we have, curating all sorts of topics. Take a look.

Bugs!

Exploring the world of insects, and the myriad bugs and beetles.

Staircases

You’d be amazed at how many amazing types of stairs there are in the world.

Clocks

Time never stops. And apparently, neither do the ideas for how to design a clock. We’ve shared hundreds of creative clock designs.

Shoe Design

We’re fascinated by how many forms shoes can take. From streamlined to complex, and everything in between.

Retro Future

We love the way old and new meet in fascinating and nostalgic ways.
