This gem of a dessert bar lives in Hong Kong, and offers up bright, mesmeric colors, and postmodern shapes and forms.

Named Eat Darling Eat, it’s the work of architect Nelson Chow, and is full of avant garde details and even some optical illusions. We love it when architects are able to be fully at home in their creativity, and it shows with this property. With all of the chaos and turmoil happening in Hong Kong right now, we wanted to highlight some of the beauty and design in the region.
