The Gomi is a cute little wireless speaker with larger aspirations. Made from the equivalent of 100 plastic bags each, the device hopes to take a bite out of non-recyclable plastic waste that is becoming such a problem in our society.

In addition, the speaker is made up of three modular components, which makes it easy to recycle or melt down when it’s life cycle is up. The cool marbled look is different on each device.  Via Dezeen:

The Gomi is made from plastic waste that can’t be recycled, like plastic bags.

It was designed to look unique and sound great, with a modular build.

We love the marbled look that the recycled materials give it.
