Japanese artisan Terumi Ota spent over 500 hours to faithfully recreate this Miniature Pinscher, which is incredibly lifelike and realistic.
Working for TrueStyleLab, the dog was painstakingly crafted to capture the look, mood, and personality of the dog, down to the smallest detail. This Includes whiskers, aged fur and warm eyes. Often times getting the temperament, personality, or accurate depiction of an animal is impossible, but it’s clear Ota’s 500+ hours paid off.
We can imagine it’d be an amazing lifelike testament to a lost pet or a favorite animal. The care in re-creating this well loved dog is true artisan skill in practice.

“Since the body lines are not hidden by hair, all areas, including the face, must be precisely sculpted,” Terumi Ota told Withnews. “Furthermore, the hair transplantation process is many times longer than for long-haired breeds. It takes tens of times more effort.”
