The Eameses always imagined their iconic Case Study House not as a one-off, but as part of a larger system: adaptable, repeatable, and accessible.
Now, that vision is being realized in a new way through the Eames Pavilion System, developed by the Eames Office in collaboration with Spanish manufacturer Kettal.

Drawing from years of archival research, the project revives previously unseen concepts from Charles and Ray Eames, translating their modular thinking into a contemporary structure designed for a wide range of settings.

Built with weather-resistant aluminum framing and a mix of glass, polycarbonate, and wood panels, the system updates the material language of the original while preserving its spirit of openness and flexibility.

Configurations begin with a compact studio footprint and expand into larger multi-bay layouts, with the potential for full two-story homes.

It’s a compelling continuation of the Eames legacy: one rooted not just in form, but in the enduring idea that good design can be scalable, practical, and beautifully human.
