Bonsai master John Yoshio Naka has a wonderful collection of works, miniature trees that have a maturity and grace. The top four are Foemina junipers, the oldest of which was started in 1948. Below that is a remarkable Hobbit bonsai, which makes you want to shrink and live right there. And finally, an astounding Japanese White Pine, which is 388 years old, and survived the Hiroshima Nuclear blast! Via TwistedSifter:
