As couples go, Von is all black, Ryan is all colour.

We appreciate a creative party, and as wedding receptions go, this black and color party by Von and Ryan Bishop sets an amazing new bar for design and execution.

A long room was completely transformed to be half black, and half wild color, representing the dual personalities of the couple.

Everything from the walls to the table to the place settings followed this strict dichotomy, to mesmerizing effect.

All of the guests complied with the black or color attire, helping to create a highly memorable and visually impressive event.

A man wearing a blue velvet suit with colorful lapels and sunglasses stands confidently next to a woman in a black dress with feathered sleeves, both posing against a vibrant, pixelated background.

Even the walk-in of the bride in all black was dramatic.

  3. Absolutely love it! It’s a perfect way to acknowledge the uniqueness with a stunning result. The room and table draw you in, but the close-ups from the positions of seated guests that i find most intriguing…. colored items against the black background and black items against the colored backdrop.
