An exceptional collection of macro plant photography by Joni Niemelä called Otherworldly Blues showcase a succulent flower’s detail dripping with dew, ripe with life. The photos are taken in a dark and moody light, adding depth and mystery to the images.  We’re unsure of the plant species, but the exotic blooms resemble a carnivorous plant, or even an alien creature.
