In a photo series that takes you on a misty morning walk, cattle mingle with you, and you feel transported to a calmer, quieter place. Elsa Bleda of Johannesburg took the photos, which include a bit of magical color to contrast with the foggy, misty morning blur.  Located in the KwaZulu-Natal province, the series transmits a mood of calm and melancholy, without feeling sad or lost. The foggy colors add a gauzy, ethereal quality, which we find soothing to the eyes and the mind. You might be at a desk in an office, but these photos can help make you feel transported. And just sometimes, my reality has mornings and daylight. It’s filled with fallen leaves, purple mist, endless pink grass, tea, long walks, books, imaginary worlds and gentle love. The world is what you make of it.
