Most of us would agree that alarms aren’t fun. And even using your phone as an alarm is less than ideal. Enter The Bird, a tactile and beautiful system that integrates sound, light, and movement into a single device. Perched upon it’s branch, the wooden bird chirps with lifelike sound when the alarm goes off, and is interrupted when you take it off it’s stand.

This interaction also lets you reach for something tactile, versus immediately looking at a screen. Syncing wirelessly with your device, The Bird also includes a controllable LED light, allowing you to set a precise color temperature. In addition, the stand of The Bird is a wireless charging pad, so your phone never has to leave your side, even if you do decide to give it a rest.
