Danish artist Olafur Eliasson’s new work is in Des Moines, Iowa, of all places. Called Panoramic Awareness Pavilion, the space is awash in colored panels, and puts the viewer at the center of the scene. Simple in construction yet elegant, it brings a dash of color into the midwestern city’s downtown.
