Kayaking and canoeing is a fantastic activity, and one that can take you to places you’d otherwise never see.

But they take up a lot of space, and for some people, the size alone makes them a non-starter.

Oru has been selling their ingenious folding kayaks for over a decade now, and they use principles from origami to achieve an amazingly compact folded shape.

Their latest version is all black, with bright orange accents. Large enough for one adult and perhaps a furry friend, the Oru Beach Black Edition features a large open cockpit, a stable, wide shape, and a comfortable padded seat.

A full 12 feet long, the Oru folds down to the size of a couch cushion when your water adventures are over.

Super strong with a three year warranty, Oru’s unique designs offer amazing kayak adventures for just about anyone.

The Oru Beach Black Edition costs $1249.
